Below you will find our enhanced sanitation/disinfection procedures in accordance with the local, state and Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, as well as the mandatory consent form to be completed prior to every appointment.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19:
● Additional time is included between appointments to sanitize service areas, minimize guest contact and avoid schedule overlap.

● Appropriate distance will be maintained between clients to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

● No visitors are allowed during appointments. At this time, you will NOT be allowed to bring anyone to the clinic with you unless you are accompanying a minor who has a scheduled appointment.

● Clients are required to arrive at the time of the appointment, not earlier. Coming late means your appointment will be cut short, given that I need the time to prepare for the next appointment.

● Every client is required to wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival.

● I will thoroughly wash and sanitize my hands as often as needed.

● Everyone in the space must be masked. Clients receiving services must wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth completely.

● All surfaces will be wiped thoroughly with hospital-grade disinfectant before and after each appointment.

● Guests are required to wear a tank top and bring a cover-up to appointments as spa wraps and blankets have been temporarily suspended during treatments.

Sofia Skin Care's Covid-19 Client Screening Checklist:
● Complete and sign the pre-screen questionnaire, intake and consent forms electronically 24 hours in advance.

● Wear a mask or face covering to enter the salon and throughout the appointment.

● Take a temperature check, undergo next - level screening and apply hand sanitizer prior to treatment.

● Conversation should be kept to a minimum during treatment to reduce the risk of droplets transmission.

Sofia's Safety Protocol
● For all treatments, I use a plexiglass screen of unique European design to keep me and my clients safe.

● I wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a mask, gown and face shield.

● All area of the treatment room, equipment and salon surfaces are sterilized with medical-grade disinfectants before and after each treatment.

● An ultraviolet (UVC) sterilization system has been installed in the clinic.

● The salon is deep-cleaned nightly with professional disinfection and sanitization.
